Anti-TAX1BP1, ID (TAX1BP1, T6BP, Tax1-binding protein 1, TRAF6-binding protein)

The HTLV-1 Tax protein transcriptionally activates the HTLV-1 promoter. Tax also binds to and stimulates the expression of cellular genes, including transcription factors and other proteins (Gachon et al., 1998 [PubMed 9733879]). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
