Anti-SPATA18 Antibody is an IgY fraction antibody purified from monospecific chicken egg yolks by a multi-step process which includes selective precipitation and salt fractionation followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. At least three isoforms of SPATA18 are known to exist, this antibody will detect the two longest isoforms. SPATA18 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other SPATA family members. Protein function: Binds to the consensus sequence 5'-AACAAAG-3' and is able to trans-activate transcription via this site. [The UniProt Consortium]
