Anti-SPARC-like 1 (SPARCL1, Hevin, Mast9)

Mouse SPARC-like 1 (SPARC-L1), also known as SC1, Hevin, and MAST9, is a member of the SPARC family of extracellular glycoproteins. These proteins contain conserved structural domains including an N-terminal acidic region, followed by the follistatin-like domain, the Kazal-like domain, and the C-terminal Ca2+-binding E-F hand domain. The amino acid sequence of mouse mature SPARC-L1 is 89% and 67% identical to that of rat and human SPARC-L1, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml. The dection limit for recombinant mouse SPARC-L1 is ~10ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions., Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant mouse SPARC-L1 is ~10ng/well., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
