Product information "Anti-Receptor-Interacting Serine/Threonine-Protein Kinase (RIP)"
RIP is a serine/threonine kinase, component of the active TNF receptor 1 signaling complex. It contains three domains, including an N-terminal kinase domain (aa1-300), an intermediate domain, and a C-terminal death domain. This protein is essential in DNA damage-induced NF-?-B activation and in TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL)-mediated apoptosis signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:8000, Western Blot: 1:12,000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
