Applications: , Suitable for Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoblot: 1:1000-1:5000. Assayed using 1ug Alkaline Phosphatase and T6000: TMB Stable Liquid Substrate 1.13mM/Liter for HRPO (3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine)., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
