Anti-NMDA R2A antibody is directed against NMDA R2A protein. The antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Expect reactivity with the following species based on 100% sequence homology: bovine, canine and mouse. Protein function: NMDA receptor subtype of glutamate-gated ion channels possesses high calcium permeability and voltage-dependent sensitivity to magnesium.
