Anti-MYF6 (Myogenic Factor 6, Myf-6, Class C Basic Helix-loop-helix Protein 4, bHLHc4, Muscle-specif

MYF6 is a part of the myogenic basic helix loop helix family of transcription factors, and can activate the muscle differentiation program. It is thought to induce fibroblasts to differentiate into myoblasts. Defects in MYF6 are the cause of centronuclear myopathy. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
