Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M3 (CHRM3) is a 65kD 7-transmembrane glycoprotein that is predominantly expressed in the central nervous system, smooth muscle, and heart. CHRM3 mediates signal transduction in the autonomic nervous system in response to muscarinic agonists. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 25ug/ml on paraffin-embedded normal human pancreas sections., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
