Anti-LAG-3 (Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3, FDC Protein, CD223) (PE)

Murine lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3) is a 70kD activation-induced cell surface molecule that is also referred to as CD223. Murine CD223 is expressed on activated CD4 positive and CD8 positive alpha/beta T lymphocytes and a subset of natural killer (NK) cells. CD223 binds to MHC class II molecules with high affinity and is reported to negatively regulate T cell homeostasis and T cell expansion. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Functional Assays. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat to 1:5. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
