The C-X-C Chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR-2) is a multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. CXCR-2 binds with high affinity to Interleukin-8, CXCL3, GRO/MGSA and NAP-2. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. , Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
