Anti-Interleukin 2 Receptor, alpha (IL-2Ra, IL-2R alpha, CD25, IDDM10, Ly43, p55, T Cell Growth Fact

IL2-Ra is one of the three constituent subunits of the IL2 receptor. IL2-Ra is released into the serum after increased cellular expression such as increased activation of B and T cells. Clinical manifestations of IL2- Ra elevation include autoimmune conditions and some leukemia's and lymphomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile TBS, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
