Anti-HCN2 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with HCN2 from Human, Rat, and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against HCN1. Cross-reactivity with HCN2 from other sources has not been determined. Channels and Transporters research. Protein function: Hyperpolarization-activated ion channel exhibiting weak selectivity for potassium over sodium ions. Contributes to the native pacemaker currents in heart (If) and in neurons (Ih). Produces a large instantaneous current. Activated by cAMP. Modulated by intracellular chloride ions and pH, acidic pH shifts the activation to more negative voltages. [The UniProt Consortium]
