Anti-HCN1 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with HCN1 from Human, Rat, and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against HCN2. Cross-reactivity with HCN1 from other sources has not been determined. Channels and Transporters research. Protein function: Hyperpolarization-activated ion channel exhibiting weak selectivity for potassium over sodium ions. Contributes to the native pacemaker currents in heart (If) and in neurons (Ih). Activated by cAMP, and at 10-100 times higher concentrations, also by cGMP. May mediate responses to sour stimuli. [The UniProt Consortium]
