Anti-DAAM2, NT (Disheveled-associated Activator Of Morphogenesis 2, KIAA0381) (Azide free) (PE)

DAAM2 is a 1068 amino acis protein belonging to the formin homology family. It contains one of each DAD (diaphanous autoregulatory), FH1 (formin homology 1), FH2 (formin homology 2) and GBD/FH3 (Rho GTPase-binding/formin homology 3) domain. Its main function is actin cytoskeleton organization, thus leading to cell organization and biogenesis. It plays a role in Rho GTPase binding and is expressed mostly in spinal cord and nerve tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-1:100, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C.
