Product information "Anti-CNOT4, NT (E3 Ubiquitin-protein Ligase CNOT4, CCR4-associated Factor 4, Potential Transcription"
CNOT4 has intrinsic E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. Binding of the CNOT4 RING finger to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme (E2) UbcH5B is highly selective The CCR4-NOT complex functions as a global regulator of RNA polymerase II transcription. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
