Monoclonal Antibody. Recognizes the SCR1 epitope of human CD46. Applications: FACS. Isotype: Mouse IgG2akappa. Clone: 169-1-E4.3. Liquid. 50mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative). Human CD46 is a cell surface glycoprotein expressed on almost all human cells except erythrocytes. CD46 is involved with regulation of complement activation and is also a measles virus receptor.
