Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the P3/NS1/1-Ag4-1 mouse myeloma cell line. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul or 100ul whole blood. , Storage and Stability:, May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
