Phycoerythrin conjugated CD3 Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against human CD3. Reactivity is observed against human and chimpanzee. Cross reactivity with CD3 from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD3 is conjugated with PE under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated PE. Protein function: The CD3 complex mediates signal transduction. [The UniProt Consortium]
