Anti-CD2 (E Rosette Receptor, T11, Lymphocyte Function Antigen 2, LFA-2) (APC)

CD2 is a type I glycoprotein belonging to the Ig superfamily and is expressed on T, NK, B, and some antigen-presenting cells. Human CD2 binds human CD58 on antigen-presenting cells to induce co-stimulating signals in T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
