Anti-CD155 (Poliovirus Receptor, Nectin-like Protein 5, NECL-5, PVR, PVS) (PerCP)

CD155, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that binds poliovirus as well as vitronectin, Nectin-3, and DNAM-1. It exists as several isoforms with shortened C-terminal tails, including a soluble form that lacks the transmembrane segment. CD155 is expressed in a variety of normal tissues and is up-regulated in tumor cells of epithelial and neuronal origin. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells using U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption: 482 and 564nm , Emission: 675nm, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. PerCP is light sensitive.
