Anti-CD134 Ligand (CD134L, OX40L, CD252) (PE)

OX40 Ligand, also known as gp34, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the TNF superfamily and is now designated TNFSF4. Engagement of OX40 Ligand by OX40 (CD134) on activated CD4+ T cells promotes the proliferation and differentiation of activated B cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
