Anti-CD11C (Integrin alpha-X, CD11 Antigen-like Family Member C, Leu M5, Leukocyte Adhesion Glycopro

CD11c is a 150kD glycoprotein also known as aX integrin, CR4, or p150. CD11c forms a aXb2 heterodimer with b2 integrin (CD18). It is primarily expressed on dendritic cells, NK cells, a subset of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells. The aXb2 integrin plays an important role in cell-cell contact by binding its ligands, iC3b, fibrinogen, and CD54. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: <1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
