Anti-Cbl-b (CBLb, Cas-Br-M (murine) Ecotropic Retroviral

CBLB (Cas Br M (murine) ecotropic retroviral transforming sequence b) has high homology to CBL, the proto-oncogene that induces pre-B cell lymphomas and myeloid leukemias in mice. Like CBL, CBLB contains putative nuclear localization signal, zinc finger, leucine zipper, and proline-rich domains. CBLB associates with FYN, FGR, and PLCG1. Applications: Suitable for use in Dot Blot and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.2-2ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
