Anti-Caspase-1 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Anti-Caspase-1 from human and mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Anti-Caspase-1 from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Thiol protease that cleaves IL-1 beta between an Asp and an Ala, releasing the mature cytokine which is involved in a variety of inflammatory processes.
