Anti-APOBEC3F, NT (APOBEC3F, DNA dC->dU-editing enzyme APOBEC-3F, Apolipoprotein B mRNA-editing enzy

This protein is a member of the cytidine deaminase gene family. It is one of seven related genes or pseudogenes found in a cluster, thought to result from gene duplication, on chromosome 22. Members of the cluster encode proteins that are structurally and functionally related to the C to U RNA-editing cytidine deaminase APOBEC1. It is thought that the proteins may be RNA editing enzymes and have roles in growth or cell cycle control. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:10-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
