Anti-AIFM2, CT (AIFM2, AMID, PRG3, Apoptosis-inducing factor 2, Apoptosis-inducing factor homologous

AIFM2 is significant homology to NADH oxidoreductases and the apoptosis-inducing factor PDCD8/AIF. The protein has been shown to induce apoptosis. This protein is found to be induced by tumor suppressor protein p53 in colon caner cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
