Aryl hydrocarbon receptor is a ligand-activated transcription factor involved in the regulation of biological responses to planar aromatic hydrocarbons. AHR has been shown to regulate xenobiotic-metabolizing enzymes such as cytochrome P450. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
