Product information "Anti-ADP-GK"
ADPGK (EC 2.7.1.147) catalyzes the ADP-dependent phosphorylation of glucose to glucose-6-phosphate and may play a role in glycolysis, possibly during ischemic conditions (Ronimus and Morgan, 2004 [PubMed 14975750]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008], Protein function: Catalyzes the phosphorylation of D-glucose to D-glucose 6- phosphate using ADP as the phosphate donor. GDP and CDP can replace ADP, but with reduced efficiency. [The UniProt Consortium] Recommended dilutions: Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. Immunofluorescence: 1/200 - 1/1000. ELISA: 1/40000. Not yet tested in other applications.. Cellular localization: Secreted .
