DMU2139 is an inhibitor of the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoform CYP1B1 (IC50 = 0.009 µM). It is selective for CYP1B1 over CYP1A1, CYP1A2, CYP3A4, and CYP2D6 (IC50s = 0.795, 1.2, 10.6, and 5 µM, respectively).
