CL097

CL097 is a dual agonist of toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) and TLR8. It induces activation of NF-kappaB in HEK293 cells expressing human TLR7 or TLR8 when used at concentrations of 0.1 and 1 µg/ml, respectively. CL097 induces TNF-alpha production and enhances LPS- or hyaluronic acid-induced TNF-alpha, IL-10, and IL-12 production in isolated human monocyte-derived macrophages.
