Induces hyperacetylation of histone H4. Apoptosis inducer. Potent anti-angiogenic compound. Decreases HIF-1alpha protein levels and transcriptional activity in human and mouse tumor cell lines. Autophagy inducer in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cells.
