Mouse Jag1 (Protein jagged-1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a pre-coated immunoassay with a high sensitivity and broad range and has been designed to measure Mouse Jag1 (Protein jagged-1) in serum, plasma & cell culture supernatant samples. The Mouse Jag1 (Protein jagged-1) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Mouse Jag1 (Protein jagged-1) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Mouse Jag1 (Protein jagged-1) peptide. Protein function: Ligand for multiple Notch receptors and involved in the mediation of Notch signaling. May be involved in cell-fate decisions during hematopoiesis. Seems to be involved in early and late stages of mammalian cardiovascular development. Inhibits myoblast differentiation. May regulate fibroblast growth factor-induced angiogenesis.
