Anti-phospho-FOXP3 (Ser418) (FOXP3, IPEX, Forkhead box protein P3, Scurfin) (Azide free) (FITC)

The protein is a member of the forkhead/winged-helix family of transcriptional regulators. Defects in this gene are the cause of immunodeficiency polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked syndrome (IPEX), also known as X-linked autoimmunity-immunodeficiency syndrome. Applications: Suitable for use in Dot Blot, FLISA, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Dot blot 1:500, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
