Product information "Anti-NFATc1, amino acids 102-114 (Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells)"
The nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) transcription complex is required for the expression of a group of proteins that coordinate the immune response. NFATc is the cytosolic component of NFAT and encoded by a separate gene. Expression of NFATc activates the interleukin (IL-2) promoter in non-T lymphocytes and is required for IL-2 gene expression. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:250-1:500, , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
