Fluorescein conjugated CD4 Monoclonal Antibody was Protein G Purified from tissue culture supernatant and is directed against human CD4. Reactivity is observed against human CD4 and chimpanzee. Cross reactivity with CD4 from other sources has not been tested. Protein function: Accessory protein for MHC class-II antigen/T-cell receptor interaction. May regulate T-cell activation.
