Anti-BCL2L11, ID (Bcl-2-like Protein 11, Bcl2-L-11, Bcl2-interacting Mediator of Cell Death, BIM)

BCL2L11 belongs to the BCL-2 protein family. BCL-2 family members form hetero- or homodimers and act as anti- or pro-apoptotic regulators that are involved in a wide variety of cellular activities. This protein contains a Bcl-2 homology domain 3 (BH3). It has been shown to interact with other members of the BCL-2 protein family, including BCL2, BCL2L1/BCL-X(L), and MCL1, and to act as an apoptotic activator. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
