Strep-Tactin(R)XT 4Flow(R) high capacity Spin Column Kit

Strep-Tactin(R)XT 4Flow(R) high capacity Spin Column Kit is perfectly suitable for rapid purification of Strep-tag(R)II and Twin-Strep-tag(R) fusion proteins from multiple small samples in parallel. The kit contains ready-to-use wash buffer as well as elution buffer, Strep-Tactin(R)XT 4Flow(R) high capacity resin (50% suspension) and empty spin columns. The spin columns are not prefilled with resin to allow a customer-specific application and experimental design. If the spin columns are filled with, e.g., 100 µl Strep-Tactin(R)XT 4Flow(R) high capacity resin (50 µl column bed volume) up to 600 µg protein can be purified. The frit (mesh size 10 µm) in the lower part of the empty spin columns ensure that the resin remain in the spin column while sample or buffer flow through rapidly during the centrifugation process. The spin columns are compatible with conventional 1.5 ml or 2.0 ml reaction tubes. The maximum filling volume is 700 µl.
