(3 x 10µg). The extracellular domain of human FasL (amino acids 103-281) is fused at the N-terminus to a FLAG(R)-tag. Induces apoptosis of human Jurkat T cells at a concentration of <1ng/ml in the presence of TNF Ligands Enhancer (Prod. No. AG-35B-0001). In the absence of TNF Ligands Enhancer, FasL is working at 50-100 fold higher concentrations. Lyophilized. Contains PBS. FasL is a cytokine that binds to TNFRSF6/Fas, a receptor that transduces the apoptotic signal into cells. Is involved in cytotoxic T cell mediated apoptosis and in T cell development.
