Source:, Recombinant protein corresponding to aa25-167 from monkey PD-L1, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~52kD, Applications: Suitable for use in the study of protein-protein interaction and in vitro and in vivo protein function studies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
