FR901379 is an echinocandin-like antifungal lipopeptide. It is active against C. albicans, C. krusei, C. tropicalis, C. utilis, A. fumigatus, and A. niger fungi (IC50s = C. albicans infection in mice (ED50 = 1.1 mg/kg).
