ZM 241385 is a potent antagonist of A2A adenosine receptors (pIC50 = 9.52 for displacement of 5'-N-ethylcarboxamidoadenosine from rat phaeochromocytoma cell membranes). It displays little or no activity at other A adenosine receptors. ZM 241385 is active in vivo.
