SR 0987

SR 0987 is an agonist of the T cell-specific isoform of RORgamma (RORgammat, retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor-gammat), inducing reporter gene expression with an EC50 value of ~800 nM. Stimulation of mouse EL4 T lymphocytes with SR 0987, following activation with PMA (Cay-10008014) and ionomycin (Cay-10004974), increases expression of the RORgammat target IL-17, while expression of the programmed cell death protein PD-1 is decreased and granzyme B is unchanged.
