SBI-797812 is an activator of nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (Nampt). It increases nicotinamide (NMN) levels and prevents NAD+ feedback inhibition in a cell-free assay using recombinant human Nampt when used at a concentration of 2 µM.
