SA-15-P is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interactions between lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG-3) and MHC-II and LAG-3 and fibrinogen-like protein 1 (FGL1, IC50s = 4.21 and 6.52 µM, respectively, in time-resolved FRET assays).
