PI-3065

PI-3065 is an inhibitor of PI3K p110delta (IC50 = 15 nM). It is greater than 100-fold selective for p110delta over p110alpha, p110beta, p110gamma, DNA protein kinase (DNA-PK), and mTOR. PI-3065 (75 mg/kg) decreases tumor weight and inhibits metastasis in a 4T1 murine mammary carcinoma model.
