OT-82

OT-82 is a nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (Nampt) inhibitor. It inhibits recombinant human and recombinant mouse Nampt in a cell-free assay when used at concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 10 µM. OT-82 is cytotoxic against a panel of 12 hematological cancer cells (IC50s = 1.01-5.64 nM).
