NKP-1339

NKP-1339 is a ruthenium complex with anticancer activity. It is cytotoxic to HT-29 and SW480 cells (IC50s = 24.46 and 123.3 µM, respectively). NKP-1339 induces mitochondrial apoptosis in SW480 cells.
