MI-2-2

MI-2-2 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between menin and mixed-lineage leukemia 1 (MLL1). It binds to menin (Kd = 22 nM) and inhibits the interaction between menin and MLL1 in a cell-free assay (IC50 = 46 nM).
