Lurasidone hydrochloride

Description: Lurasidone hydrochloride (Lurasidone HCl) is a thiazole derivative and atypical antipsychotic agent that functions as a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, serotonin 5-HT2 receptor antagonist, serotonin 5-HT7 receptor antagonist, an antagonist of the adrenergic alpha2A and alpha2C receptors, as well as a partial serotonin 5-HT1A receptor agonist.
