Ifosfamide

Ifosfamide is a nitrogen mustard alkylating agent used as a chemotherapeutic agent against advanced transitional cell carcinoma. It is a structural derivative of cyclophosphamide (Cay-13849) that was developed for improved solubility and antitumor activity.
